Tom Baur is the Chairman of the Board for Meadowlark Optics Inc, which he founded in 1979. Meadowlark Optics designs and manufacturers a variety of polarization-based components and assemblies. These include; beam splitters, polarizers, retardation devices, liquid crystal based variable retarders, attenuators and polarization rotators. Meadowlark also manufactures a variety of spatial light modulators.
