| Abstract: | In this presentation, an analysis is done of SystemC as a multi-level, heterogeneous especification language able to support different models of computation. Problems derived from the support of abstract models (untimed and synchronous) on top of the fundamental, discrete, event-driven simulation kernel are introduced.
