| Abstract: | In this document, a summary of the HetSC heterogeneous specification methodology and of its related sofware generation methodology, SWGen, is reported. A new version of HetSC (1.2), which works with SystemC-2.2.0, is reported too. Additionaly, a reflection on how adaptivity is implemented in software is provided. Once this is done, the way to specify adaptivity in HetSC is proposed, attending to the development of the formal concepts (Adaptive Processes) which have been developped in previous ANDRES reports.
